Roles We Hire For
AIMS TEC recruits across six functional areas. All roles require technical engagement — there are no purely administrative positions listed here.
Environmental Scientists & Analysts
Laboratory and field roles covering water, air, soil, noise, and sludge testing against WHO, NEQS, APHA, and ASTM methodologies.
- B.Sc / M.Sc Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related
- Analytical instrument experience preferred
- Fresh graduates considered for junior analyst roles
Calibration & Inspection Engineers
NIST-traceable calibration, mechanical and lifting equipment inspection, and RBI assignments across industrial client sites.
- B.E / B.Sc Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation
- PEC registration preferred
- LEEA familiarity an advantage
Environmental & Engineering Consultants
EIA, IEE, HWMP, GHG inventory, carbon footprint, and ISO/IMS implementation — submitted to EPA Sindh and regulatory bodies.
- M.Sc Environmental Engineering or related
- PEC registered engineers preferred
- Prior EPA Sindh submission experience an advantage
HSE & Quality Professionals
HSE management, ISO 9001/14001/45001 implementation, internal audit, and training delivery to industrial clients.
- NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent
- ISO lead auditor qualification preferred
- Demonstrated training delivery experience required
Business Development
Industrial client acquisition, technical proposal preparation, and account management across 8+ served sectors in Pakistan.
- B.Sc / BBA with industrial B2B sales background
- Working knowledge of environmental or HSE compliance required
- Ability to read and interpret technical scopes of work
Laboratory & Field Technicians
Sample collection, field measurements, instrument operation, and laboratory support across environmental, calibration, and inspection disciplines.
- DAE or B.Sc in a relevant technical discipline
- Willingness to travel to client sites is mandatory
- Structured on-the-job training provided
